Personal Progress 11/29/09

My pants are definitely fitting better than they used to. It's amazing what a few pounds lost can do.

I've noticed that I tend to be really hungry in the mornings. I think that is because I only have a Slim Fast shake for breakfast. And those just aren't that substantial. I'm thinking that I may change that to be a meal bar. It's the same amount of calories and seems to be a bit more filling.
