Yesterday I went out again while hanging out with a friend. It is hard to maintain the diet within social boundaries. However, prior to that I had only consumed 330 calories for the day. So again, it should not have had that big an impact.
And apparently, staying on my diet the majority of the time has paid off again. As of this morning I was at 267.6lbs. That is a decrease of 2.4 pounds from last week. I have lost 5lbs over the past two weeks. If I can keep this up until this time next year, I should be in pretty good shape.
