Personal Progress 12/12/09

I've been experimenting with the diet a bit to test my control and everything. When I eat outside the diet, I have found myself eating less and getting full a lot more quickly. And the times I am a little extra hungry when eating dinner, I will fix myself a little bit larger salad than eating something that is high in fat and calories. I am kind of proud that I am showing such restraint now. I have eaten off diet only a couple of times this week. I am anxious to see if I have lost weight when I weigh myself tomorrow.
